Join Our Team as an HR Manager
We are looking for an experienced and people\-focused HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources function in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who enjoys building positive workplace cultures, driving employee engagement, and partnering with leadership to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day\-to\-day HR function across the business.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent.
- Support managers with coaching, workforce planning, and people development initiatives.
- Oversee performance review processes and learning \& development programmes.
- Analyse HR metrics and produce reports to support strategic decision\-making.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Contribute to organisational change projects and continuous HR process improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Advisor, or HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent employee relations and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification is desirable.
- Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
