Due to continued growth currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.


• Site visit’s to current and potential clients.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.


• Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.


• Prepare and present persuasive proposals and presentations to potential clients.


• Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.


• Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in business development or sales within CCTV and security preferably into the construction industry.


• Strong understanding of the construction landscape and related security needs.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Results\-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.


• A relevant degree or industry\-related certifications would be an advantage.

• £30,000 \- £40,000 \+ realistic OTE £80,000 \- £100,000\.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£40,000\.00 per year

Experience:

• Business development: 2 years (required)


• Selling into the construction Industry : 1 year (preferred)


• Selling security services: 1 year (preferred)
