Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational objectives and promote a high\-performance culture.
- Manage recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Workday to attract top talent efficiently.
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Supervise HR team members, providing guidance and oversight to ensure effective service delivery across all HR functions.
- Maintain and optimize Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) like PeopleSoft or Workday for accurate data management and reporting.
- Lead employee relations efforts by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering open communication channels.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through regular audits and updates.
- Utilize data analysis skills to generate insights on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key HR metrics for strategic decision\-making.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on HR initiatives to leadership teams to facilitate informed decision\-making.
- Proven management experience with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to articulate HR policies clearly and build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of human resources practices, employment law, and compliance standards.
- Hands\-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or PeopleSoft, along with ATS tools like Taleo or similar systems.
- Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and inform strategic planning.
- Excellent presentation skills for conducting training sessions, briefings, and stakeholder updates.
- Familiarity with HR management systems including Taleo, Workday, or equivalent platforms for recruitment and data management.
Pay: £20,041\.94\-£30,324\.77 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nottingham NG9 8JD
