We are now seeking a CIPD qualified, experienced HR practitioner to join our HR team.
We are looking for someone who has a generalist HR background, particularly employee relations, to provide the full range of operational HR support to our clinical service teams. You will be a key member of the People Partnering team reporting to the people business partner for your service area and working closely with the wider team and senior stakeholders in this service. It is essential you are able to demonstrate your experience of advising managers on complex employee relations casework, HR policies and organisational change.
As a Trust we are focused on staff development and “growing our own” and can offer you a wealth of both inhouse and external development opportunities.
Your base will be Upton Hospital in Slough, but the role does provide the opportunity for agile working with an expectation that you are able to travel to any site within the trust as \& when required to fulfil your role. The rest of your role will be worked from home.
This role will provide opportunities to support with workforce planning, change management and transformation, engagement and building leadership capability. You will also work closely with teams \& senior stakeholders in your services to support them with the delivery of their people priorities.
Provide professional HR advice on the full range of employee relations issues
Build and maintain credible relationships with teams, managers \& senior stakeholders , ensuring complex or sensitive information is communicated in a confident way
Act as a point of contact for managers and staff seeking advice on our employment policies, analysing queries to offer solutions
Advise managers on recruitment processes, providing advice on the writing of job descriptions and person specifications

The “must haves” for this role:
Degree or equivalent experience
A level 5 CIPD qualification, or equivalent experience
Experience working in a generalist HR role with Employee Relations in a multi\-skilled professional and unionised environment
Ability to travel to multiple sites with minimal impact on daily productivity
