WHAT YOU’LL BE TRUSTED WITH

• Advise clients on a range of HR policies and people\-related matters


• Support employee relations cases and workplace issues


• Review HR processes and recommend practical improvements


• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures


• Provide guidance on recruitment, performance, and employee development


• Prepare reports, documentation, and client recommendations


• Keep up to date with relevant employment legislation and HR practices


• Build strong and professional relationships with clients and stakeholders

• £42,000 per annum, based on experience
