Monday to Friday, 8:30am \- 5pm

Following the forthcoming retirement of one of our HR Consultants, we are looking to appoint an experienced HR professional to join our established HR team in a true generalist role supporting multiple areas of the business.

The HR team plays a key role in supporting business growth, change and continuous improvement. Combining strong people practices with technology, data and modern ways of working, we provide practical HR solutions while maintaining a personal approach.

This is a fast\-paced and varied role where you will work closely with managers and senior leaders to provide expert HR guidance, support operational decision\-making and deliver a positive colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day\-to\-day HR advice and guidance across a broad range of people matters.


• Manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues.


• Support organisational change and consultation activities where required.


• Advise managers on company policies, procedures and employment legislation.


• Coach and support managers in making effective people\-related decisions.


• Produce, analyse and interpret HR data, trends and management reports.


• Support colleague engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.


• Build strong working relationships across the business and take ownership of designated business areas.


• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and wider HR projects.

• Previous experience in a busy HR Generalist or HR Advisor/Consultant role.


• Strong employment law knowledge and practical HR experience.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• A pragmatic, approachable and solutions\-focused mindset.


• Ability to work independently whilst managing multiple priorities.


• Comfortable operating within a fast\-paced and evolving business environment.


• Confidence working with managers and senior operational leaders.


• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.


• Full UK Driving Licence preferred due to travel across Group locations.
