HR Business Partner
Demelza are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner (Change) on a temporary contract of up to 12 months.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning and delivery of organisational change programmes, with a particular focus on restructures and wider transformation initiatives. You will partner closely with managers of all levels, to provide expert HR advice, manage risk, ensure legal compliance and support positive employee experiences throughout periods of change.
Key Responsibilities
- Support organisational change projects, including restructures and redundancy consultations.
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, employee relations and consultation processes.
- Develop business cases, consultation documentation, communications and guidance materials.
- Coach and support managers through complex change and employee relations matters.
- Engage effectively with employees, representatives and key stakeholders throughout change programmes.
- Analyse workforce data and provide insight to inform decision\-making.
- Promote a positive employee experience and embed Demelza's values throughout change initiatives.
- Contribute to wider HR service delivery, policy development and continuous improvement activities.
To be successful, you will bring:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent knowledge and experience).
- Significant experience leading organisational change, restructures and redundancy processes.
- Strong employment law and employee relations expertise.
- Experience coaching and influencing leaders and managers.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project planning
- A solutions\-focused approach with the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and resilience.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (or reliable transport arrangements) to travel across our operating region
- Experience within the charity sector, retail environments or voluntary organisations would be advantageous.
