Key Responsibilities
- Provide advise and guidance on employee relates issues including attendance, conduct, performnce and support on other HR matters.
- Assist with employee relations cases, including investigations, formal meetings and outcomes.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is completed and stored correctly ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Draft and prepare HR correspondence, reports and supporting documentation.
- Ensuring E\-Learing courses are completed and up to date.
- Ensure HR practices remain compliant with current employment legislation and company policies.
- Support new starters throughout the onboarding process and training.
- Review, development and enhancement of HR policies, procedures and working practices
- Build effective working relationships across the organisation to deliver a professional and responsive HR service.
- H\&S risk assesments
- General office duties and provide administrative support.
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards)
- Previous experience in an HR advisory role
- Confident in handling sensitive situations
- A solid understanding of UK employment legislation
- The ability to manage, priorities and work independently
- The ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations
