We are looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Executive to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a modern, forward\-thinking firm where their contribution will make a real difference.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive a professional, proactive and efficient service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.


• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation including contracts, transfer deeds and Land Registry applications.


• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently.


• Ordering and reviewing searches and ensuring all legal requirements are satisfied before exchange and completion.


• Keeping clients and stakeholders informed with regular updates.


• Maintaining accurate case records using the firm's case management systems.


• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, lender instructions and internal procedures.


• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the firm through excellent client service and teamwork.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in residential conveyancing and confident managing their own caseload.


• Organised, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment.


• A strong communicator with excellent client care skills.


• Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office.


• Detail\-oriented with a commitment to delivering high\-quality work.
