HR Administrator

The rewards:

  • £30,000 per annum

  • Site\-based, Monday to Friday
Hours:
  • 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
The role of HR Administrator:
  • Updating employee records

  • Administering training records and booking training

  • Supporting recruitment and employee onboarding including right to work and DBS checks

  • Preparing HR correspondence and administrative documentation

  • Dealing with first\-line employee relations

  • Providing general administration support for the wider office
The ideal HR Administrator:
  • Previous HR administration experience

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Experience with Sage, HR, or recruitment administration desirable
