THE ROLE:
Join the HR Team as an HR Administrator, where you will play a key role in supporting the department through efficient and accurate administrative processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring that all HR data is accurate, consistently maintained, and kept up to date. You will also ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and organised manner to help the team run smoothly

Swadlincote, this role is site based.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- You will support the HR team in the employee life cycle including recruitment, ER, engagement, well\-being, training, and organisational development.
- Assist in the recruitment process including the management of candidate applications.
- You will support the onboarding processes for hew hires ensuring all the correct documentation is received and completed.
- Act as first point of contact for employees in relation to HR advice/questions.
- Maintain accurate employee records in both the HR and payroll software systems
- Provide cover in running the weekly payroll in the absence of the Payroll Co\-ordinator.
- Assist in note taking during HR related meetings
- Assist the HR team in all people projects.
- Actively promote all well\-being, diversity, and inclusivity activities.
- Provide administration support to HR team and provide reception cover if required.
Be a self\-disciplined self\-starter with the ability to work autonomously. You will have excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise and react to change quickly and positively, you will also ideally have:
- Proficient in data entry and experience is using HR and payroll software to a high level.
- Have a passion for people with the ability to drive a positive culture within the business
- Experience in assisting in the management of the end\-to\-end employee lifestyle including recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with a variety of internal and external networks.
- Have strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
