Experienced Car Sales Executive

We're looking for experienced Used Car Sales Executives to join our busy sales office, in Swadlincote.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused car sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales management, and the ability to engage with diverse clients.

Hours \-
Monday – Thursday: 9am – 5pm, Friday: 9am\-4pm
No weekends. No Bank Holidays. Completely closed between Christmas and New Year, meaning 11 days out of the office this Christmas!

Role Requirements \-
You will be required to assist our existing team with sourcing, disposing of and underwriting a range of used vehicles. You must be able to provide a high\-quality service, whilst building and maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers, effectively managing their accounts, dealing with queries and updating our database. A confident telephone manner, excellent organisational skills, logical thinking and a can\-do attitude are crucial to this role.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on effective phone etiquette.


• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple leads efficiently.


• Proficiency in CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.


• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


• Previous experience in the automotive industry or related fields will be considered an asset, but not a necessity.

• Engage with prospective clients to promote our vehicle offerings.


• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.


• Utilise CRM software to track leads, follow\-up activities, and maintain accurate customer records.


• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients by providing a personalised service.


• Maintain professional communication standards, including phone etiquette and organisational skills, to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Commission and bonus schemes \- OTE: £35K\-£45K

Starting pay for this position will be in line with the applicant's age and experience.
