Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Full Time
Pay: Competitive Salary (Dependent on Experience)
Purpose of the Role
The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of Interact’s people operations. Working as part of our HR Support Team and reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will provide administrative support across a wide range of HR activities, ensuring processes are completed accurately, professionally and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate and up\-to\-date employee records and personnel files
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring all documentation is completed and processed efficiently
- Managing HR systems and accurately inputting employee data, including starters, leavers and absence records
- Preparing contracts of employment, offer letters, reference requests and other HR correspondence
- Responding to employee queries relating to policies, holidays and payroll matters, escalating more complex issues where appropriate
- Booking training sessions, maintaining training records and supporting learning and development activities
- Ensuring HR processes remain compliant with company procedures, employment legislation and data protection requirements
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities and wider HR projects
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
We are looking for a highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail who can manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining accuracy.
Previous administration experience is essential, and experience within an HR environment would be advantageous. Candidates currently studying towards, or holding, a CIPD qualification are encouraged to apply.
The successful candidate will be professional, approachable and able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the business.
To be Successful in the Role, You Should Have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment
- A positive, proactive and collaborative approach to work
- A genuine interest in HR and supporting people
- Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) would be desirable but is not essential
