Main Duties:
To provide day to day HR administration, advice and support and to contribute to the long‐term development of the HR function and FLT function, in particular during an initial period of development and growth.
- Provide HR support and advice to clients by telephone and email, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
- Processing invoices on Xero
- Provide any required support at organising and attending business shows/fairs/events
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to HR projects
- Liaise with third party providers e.g. occupational health, payroll, recruitment agencies, BreatheHR etc.
- Marketing of HR Services on a daily basis by telephone, email and by visiting other Company’s and by networking
- Manage the recording of clients for HR
- Visiting clients at their premises to support and assist with HR meetings
- Track and record all own billable work
- Carry out any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR Dept.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Directors commensurate with the post
Preferrable:
- Must be CIPD qualified or studying for CIPD
- Must be a member of the CIPD or planning to do so once qualified
- Microsoft Skills
- Experience in dealing with different stakeholders
- To take part in Company team meetings, events and training as necessary
- To work in a flexible way
- To contribute to the development and implementation of the overall aims of
- the Company
- To work in accordance with Company policies, particularly in relation to equal opportunities, bullying and harassment and health \& safety
Pay: £12\.71\-£13\.50 per hour
