- Support end\-to\-end recruitment administration process, advertising, screening CV’s, co\-ordinating and conducting interviews, creating offer letters and reference checking
- Support the HR team with Payroll administration
- Management of all monthly HR system adjustments for all employee profile changes
- Report key information from the HR system to the HR Operations team
- Coordination of training needs analysis throughout the business including sourcing of internal and external training courses
- Manage the HR inbox dealing with queries in a timely fashion
- Management of employee HR files to ensure the required documentation has been returned and uploaded accordingly
- Absence management process, review daily absences, highlight issues to HR Op’s team \& co ordinate absence process documentation
- Support employee relation case administration to include note taking at disciplinary hearings
- Support occupational health processes to include invoice management
- Support the performance management process
- Monthly audit of the HR system i.e. contracts return compliance
- Issue contracts of employment as and when required
- Coordinate all tasks relating to the company onboarding and induction Involvement in ad\-hoc project work throughout the year
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent written \& verbal communication
- Ability to handle multiple tasks daily
- Clear understanding of what the day to day outputs of a busy HR department are
- Experience of using all MS Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous exposure to Workday or a similar HRIS system (Desirable)
- HR qualification or working towards a qualification with CIPD (Desirable)
- Conversant in Irish and UK Employment Law (Desirable)
