We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in a varied and rewarding role supporting both office and factory colleagues. This is an excellent opportunity to build your experience in a busy business, develop your skills with hands\-on support and training, and make a valued contribution to the employee experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support new starter inductions, including preparing documentation and helping to coordinate initial training.

  • Maintain accurate employee records on the HR system for starters, leavers and employee changes.

  • Assist with weekly payroll administration, including overtime schedules, timesheets and payroll queries.

  • Keep the training matrix up to date, coordinate training activity and help ensure certifications remain current.

  • Provide day\-to\-day administrative support to the HR function and act as a first point of contact for general queries.

  • Take accurate notes and minutes in HR meetings where required.

  • Help ensure HR information is shared effectively between the office and shop floor.

  • Carry out a range of administrative duties to support the wider team and contribute to a smooth\-running HR service.
What we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in an office\-based administrative or customer support role would be beneficial.

  • A confident and professional approach when working across both office and manufacturing environments.

  • Excellent organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

  • The ability to work collaboratively with others, while also using initiative when needed.

  • A high level of discretion when handling confidential information.

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, develop and adapt in a busy environment.
