Housing Support Worker based in Ruabon (19.5hrs pw))

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team on a permanent, part\-time basis. This rewarding role involves delivering a high\-quality, efficient, and effective support service to vulnerable individuals with complex needs, including those affected by domestic abuse, substance use, and mental health challenges (no personal care).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person\-centred support that promotes independence and wellbeing.


• Assist individuals in accessing relevant services and resources.


• Work in a professional, empathetic, and non\-judgemental manner.

About You:

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.


• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.


• Able to provide proof of the right to work in the UK (please note we do not offer sponsorship visas).


• Flexible, reliable, and committed to making a positive difference.

Additional Information:

• This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check (Adult \& Child Workforce), which will be paid for by the company if required.
