House Manager (Spanish Speaking)

Tiger Private is in search of an experienced House Manager to take the lead on all household operations at a beautiful private residence in Gibraltar. This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who brings natural authority, impeccable standards and a calm, considered approach to running a household at the very highest level.

Reporting directly to the principal's representative, you will serve as the operational heart of the residence, ensuring everything runs smoothly, discreetly and to an exceptional standard at all times. This is very much a leadership role, and the right candidate will be someone who commands the respect of a diverse household team while remaining approachable, solutions-focused and always one step ahead.

As House Manager you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of the residence and associated estate, overseeing all departments and ensuring a seamless and consistently high standard of service throughout.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating a full household team including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, security and service personnel


• Setting and upholding operational standards across all areas of the residence


• Managing daily schedules, staffing rotas and the smooth delivery of household services


• Ensuring the property is impeccably prepared ahead of principal arrivals and events


• Acting as the central point of communication and coordination across all household departments


• Liaising with suppliers, contractors and external service providers on an ongoing basis


• Overseeing household purchasing, stock management and budget control


• Maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role


• Working closely with the principal's representative to anticipate needs and plan ahead effectively

• Proven experience managing a large private household, estate or comparable luxury environment


• Fluent Spanish speaker — English highly advantageous


• Strong, confident leadership with a calm and composed presence


• Impeccably presented and naturally professional in all circumstances


• Highly organised with strong forward planning capability and excellent attention to detail


• Comfortable managing multiple teams simultaneously with clarity and authority


• Flexible and adaptable when the family is in residence or events are taking place


• UK or EU passport holder

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with flexibility during principal residence and events

Accommodation: Private apartment provided on or near the estate
