About the Role

We’re looking for a House Manager to lead our reception, guest relations, and housekeeping teams across the site. • Dealing with laundry on a daily basis and planning the workload according to occupancy

  • Maintaining and managing the stock taking of cleaning supplies, laundry and linens and relevant equipment

  • Reporting maintenance issues and liaising with Maintenance to proactively resolve any issues

  • Holding responsibility for the final presentation of cabins and guest areas

  • Collaborating with the Outdoor Team to oversee the presentation and cleanliness of outdoor areas adjacent to the cabins

  • Adhering to all current company procedures and policies
