The Role
Job Summary
As Duty Manager, you will be the face of the hotel during your shift, ensuring the smooth operation of all departments and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest receives a warm, personalised, and seamless experience.. You will oversee guest services, coordinate staff activities, and handle guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, hospitality expertise, and multilingual abilities in a vibrant hotel environment. Your proactive approach will help create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Duties
- Supervise daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping ,F\&B, and guest services teams, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead and motivate staff to uphold high standards of hospitality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest enquiries and special requests promptly and professionally to foster positive experiences.
- Coordinate with General Manager on staffing needs, training initiatives, and performance management to build a motivated team.
- Oversee health \& safety protocols and security procedures within the hotel premises to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Conduct daily inspections of public areas, guest rooms, and facilities to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Manage multilingual communication with international guests to enhance their comfort and understanding of hotel services.
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
- Extensive hotel experience with a comprehensive understanding of guest services operations.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive attitude and problem\-solving mindset.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£34,000\.00 per year
