Fire Maintenance Engineer
The Fire Maintenance Engineer will deliver work across South \- West London.

Role overview:
The purpose of this role is to provide maintenance and servicing of life safety equipment, emergency light and smoke vent systems, in accordance with all current British \& European standards, in accordance with BS5839 standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day planned and reactive maintenance of contracts
- Servicing and maintenance of emergency lighting systems
- To respond to emergency callouts and carry out any remedial works as required
- Carry out asset verification
- Install replacement/additional equipment
- Conduct site surveys as required
- Supporting the development of apprentices
- To act at all times in a professional and diligent manor, considering the need of the clients
- Call out rota (1 night in 10\)
- Previous Fire Maintenance experience
- Good understanding of the British Standards BS 5839 and BS 5266\.
- FIA units (1,3,5\)
- Driving Licence
This is operational site\-based position and involves collaborating closely with the support service team. While also engaging with our clients. Expect a dynamic and fast paced work setting that combines on site work with on\-going communication with office\-based colleagues. The role requires proactive interaction and liaison with clients/customers, to ensure effective communication and first\-class customer service.
