We are quaint 14 bedroom country hotel nestled in the picturesque village of Uplawmoor. Our establishment prides itself on providing guests with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, impeccable service and a memorable experience surrounded by the natural beauty of the scottish countryside

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Hotel Supervisor to join our team and support the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong F \& B experience and have the ability to oversee staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall quality of services provided.

Duties:

\- Assist the Hotel Manager in daily operational tasks
\- Supervise staff members to ensure efficient operations
\- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
\- Assist in managing reservations and room assignments
\- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
\- Support in implementing and maintaining hotel policies and procedures
\- Assist in training new employees and providing ongoing training for current staff

Requirements

\- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
\- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
\- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
