Revenue Manager – Multi\-Site Hotel Group

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Revenue Manager to lead the commercial strategy across our portfolio of five hotels comprising over 400 bedrooms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused individual who has a proven track record of driving occupancy, ADR and RevPAR through strategic pricing, forecasting and distribution management.

Working closely with our General Managers and senior leadership team, you will have responsibility for maximising revenue performance across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue strategies across five hotels.


• Maximise Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall room revenue.


• Manage pricing, inventory and availability across all distribution channels.


• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and booking pace.


• Produce daily, weekly and monthly forecasts and revenue reports.


• Lead weekly commercial and revenue meetings with General Managers.


• Optimise OTA, direct and corporate business mix.


• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to identify revenue opportunities.


• Manage group, conference and event pricing where appropriate.


• Analyse business performance and recommend commercial strategies to maximise profitability.

• A minimum of three years' experience in a Hotel Revenue Manager or Cluster Revenue Manager role.


• Experience managing revenue across multiple hotel properties.


• Previous experience using Guestline Rezlynx PMS is essential knowledge of Zonal or High Level Software preffered but not essential


• Strong working knowledge of OTA distribution, Channel Managers and hotel booking systems.


• Excellent understanding of Revenue Management principles including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, Yield Management and Forecasting.


• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse large datasets and produce accurate forecasts.


• Excellent commercial awareness and decision\-making ability.


• Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
