Hotel Receptionist (Live-in-available)

A great opportunity has emerged at the hotel for a reception role. With the hotel recently undergone a state of the art refurbishment we are now building a strong \& passionate team.

Full\-time role \- 40hrs per week (£27000 per year) 48hrs per week (£32500 per year)

Requirements of the Reception role

• Candidate must have 2 years hotel receptionist experience


• Well presentable for front of house


• Warm and welcoming disposition when dealing with guests or members of the spa.


• Great interpersonal skills


• Experience using hotel booking systems.


• Hands on approach with a can\-do attitude


• Fluent in written and spoken English


• Full\-time role \- 40hrs per week (£27000 per year) 48hrs per week (£32500 per year) (this can be negotiated if you'd like to apply on a part\-time basis.)

Responsibilities of the Reception Role

• First impressions is everything \- Being presentable and greeting every guest at the hotel in a very warm and welcoming manner consistently.


• Ensuring the reception desk is always clean and all paperwork filed away correctly.


• Answering telephone for hotel enquiries.


• Managing the booking system.


• Social media posts for the business.


• Help with events \& weddings.


• Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
