Reception Team Member
16 hours – 3 month contract Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Job Overview
We are seeking a professional front desk receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the point of contact for guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Duties
- Welcome guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage guest check\-in and check\-out processes efficiently
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Assist guests with reservations, enquiries, and special requests
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Organised, attentive to detail, and able to multitask efficiently
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures is an advantage
Uniform will be provided.
