Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage a diverse team. This role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, and driving operational excellence. Fluency in multiple languages and previous supervisory experience in the hotel industry are highly desirable. Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest services and overall guest satisfaction.

  • Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the hotel premises.

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to uphold the hotel's reputation.

  • Coordinate with human resources on employee relations, compliance, and training programmes.

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all hotel activities.

  • Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Experience
  • Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.

  • Extensive hotel experience with a comprehensive understanding of guest services standards.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.

  • Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to hospitality management.

  • Experience in managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally and diplomatically.
