Hotel Manager - F & B, Accommodation: Visa sponsorship provided if required on selection
Responsibilities:
\- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
\- Manage and supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
\- Provide exceptional guest service and handle any guest complaints or issues
\- Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue
\- Monitor and control hotel expenses to ensure profitability
\- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel and attract new guests
\- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene throughout the hotel
\- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
\- Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Requirements
\- Previous experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry
\- Strong supervisory and management skills
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
\- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
\- Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures
\- Strong problem\-solving abilities and attention to detail
\- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: £24,420\.00\-£44,000\.00 per year
