We are delighted to be recruiting passionate and talented individuals to join our Cornwall\-born seafood specialist, Tom Brown, at our One Michelin Star restaurant. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work within an exceptional kitchen and front\-of\-house team, delivering refined, seafood\-led cuisine at the very highest level.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the front\-of\-house team during service.
- Ensure guests receive exceptional, personalised service at all times.
- Assist with team training, coaching, and performance development.
- Maintain Michelin\-star service standards and attention to detail.
- Coordinate restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Manage guest feedback professionally and proactively.
- Support stock control, ordering, and operational procedures where required.
- Work closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager, F\&B Manager and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster teamwork
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff
- Knowledge of human resources practices related to staff training, scheduling, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with hotel operations, standards, and procedures in a fast\-paced environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities effectively

Pay: £31,200\.00 per year
