- Coordinate day\-to\-day hotel and apartment operations to ensure a seamless experience for all guests.
- Act as the primary liaison between guests, maintenance, and housekeeping teams to resolve requests quickly and efficiently.
- Oversee the booking and reservation lifecycle, ensuring high occupancy rates and accurate billing.
- Manage guest communications via email and phone, providing personalized recommendations and local insights.
- Supervise the preparation of suites, ensuring every room meets our signature "Lofthotel" luxury standards.
- Conduct regular quality audits of facilities and coordinate with vendors for essential supplies and repairs.
- Assist in the organization of guest events and rooftop lounge activities to enhance the community atmosphere.
- Operational Coordination: Proven ability to manage complex schedules and guest logistics in a fast\-paced environment.
- Guest Service Excellence: A natural ability to build rapport and handle guest inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a "can\-do" attitude.
- Software Proficiency: High proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English; proficiency in Danish is a significant advantage for navigating the local market and vendor relations.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for suite presentation and facility maintenance to ensure brand consistency.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in hotel coordination, front office management, or luxury apartment operations.
- Education: A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or Business Administration is preferred.
