T\-Squared Social is looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our newest venue.

T\-Squared Social, created by Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake, brings together food, drink, sport, entertainment and socialising in one highly engaging environment. Our venues combine bars and restaurants with interactive games, golf simulators, events, retail and live experiences, creating somewhere people come to spend time together.

As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the venue, its team, its commercial performance and, most importantly, the experience we deliver to every guest.

This is not a traditional hospitality GM role.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial operator who is as comfortable building a business as they are running one. Someone who understands exceptional hospitality, but also sees opportunities, drives revenue, builds partnerships and creates reasons for people to keep coming back.

The Role

You will have full operational and commercial responsibility for the venue, leading a large, multidisciplinary team across food and beverage, interactive gaming, events, retail and guest experience.

You will be responsible for creating a high\-performance culture where great hospitality is instinctive, standards are consistently high and every member of the team understands their role in the commercial success of the business.

As the senior leader in the venue, you will also be an important ambassador for T\-Squared Social, building relationships with guests, partners, businesses and the local community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the business

Take ownership of the overall performance of the venue, including revenue, profitability, labour, cost control and guest satisfaction.

Develop and execute the venue's business plan, identifying opportunities to grow revenue across food and beverage, gaming, events, private hire, retail and partnerships.

Think and act entrepreneurially, constantly looking for ways to improve the experience, attract new audiences and grow the business.

Use data, guest insight and commercial reporting to make informed decisions and hold the leadership team accountable for performance.

Build and lead an exceptional team

Recruit, develop and lead a large, diverse team across multiple operational disciplines.

Build a strong leadership team capable of running their respective areas with genuine ownership and accountability.

Create a culture that combines warmth and personality with high standards and commercial discipline.

Develop talent, succession plans and training programmes that enable people to grow within T\-Squared Social and the wider NEXUS Luxury Collection.

Be highly visible on the floor, particularly during peak trading periods, setting the tone for both the team and the guest experience.

Deliver outstanding hospitality

Ensure every aspect of the guest journey reflects the standards and personality of T\-Squared Social.

Create an environment where guests feel genuinely welcomed, recognised and looked after.

Maintain consistently high standards across food, beverage, service, cleanliness, presentation, gaming and entertainment.

Personally engage with guests, resolve issues quickly and use feedback to continuously improve the operation.

Drive commercial performance

Own the venue P\&L and deliver agreed revenue and profitability targets.

Maximise revenue across every part of the venue, including bars, restaurants, gaming, events, corporate bookings, private hire and retail.

Manage labour intelligently, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time without compromising the guest experience.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to build demand, increase frequency and develop compelling events and programming.

Build relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, partners and other organisations capable of driving meaningful revenue.

Launch and establish the venue

Play a central role in the pre\-opening and launch of the venue.

Recruit and build the opening team, establish operating procedures, develop training programmes and ensure operational readiness.

Create momentum around the opening and establish T\-Squared Social as a significant hospitality and entertainment destination within its market.

Move quickly from "opening a venue" to building a sustainable, high\-performing business with a loyal customer base.

Operate safely and professionally

Ensure full compliance with licensing, health and safety, food safety, employment and other regulatory requirements.

Maintain robust operational controls across stock, cash, security, maintenance and venue systems.

Ensure the physical venue and its technology are maintained to a consistently high standard.

Who We're Looking For

You will be an experienced senior hospitality operator with a track record of leading large, complex and high\-volume venues.

You may come from restaurants, bars, hotels, competitive socialising, entertainment, members' clubs or another premium hospitality environment. More important than the precise sector is your ability to lead people, deliver outstanding hospitality and run a commercially successful business.

You will bring:

  • Significant General Manager, Operations Director or equivalent senior leadership experience.

  • Experience leading a large team through multiple department heads.

  • Strong food and beverage operational experience.

  • Full P\&L responsibility and strong commercial and financial literacy.

  • Experience within a high\-volume, multi\-revenue\-stream environment.

  • A proven ability to recruit, motivate, develop and retain great people.

  • High standards and exceptional attention to the guest experience.

  • Confidence using data and KPIs to improve operational and commercial performance.

  • Experience of events, entertainment, gaming, retail or competitive socialising would be highly advantageous.

  • Pre\-opening or new\-venue launch experience would be particularly valuable.
The Person

The right person will have genuine entrepreneurial energy.

You'll be curious about what drives revenue, what guests want, what the team needs and what we could do differently tomorrow. You'll be comfortable making decisions, solving problems and taking responsibility for the outcome.

You'll combine commercial ambition with a genuine love of hospitality. You'll enjoy being on the floor, talking to guests and working alongside your team just as much as reviewing the numbers or developing the next commercial opportunity.

You'll be demanding about standards without creating unnecessary hierarchy. You'll expect a lot from your team, but you'll invest in them and give talented people the opportunity to grow.

Above all, you'll understand that T\-Squared Social succeeds when we create somewhere people genuinely want to spend their time.
