We are looking for a warm, polished and service\-focused Lounge Host to join our Members Lounge team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for luxury hospitality, wellness and customer service to work in a unique environment where excellence is at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

As a Lounge Host, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our members and guests. Reporting to the Lounge Supervisor and Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding food and beverage service, maintaining the lounge environment, and building strong relationships with our members.

This role combines hosting, food and beverage service, light food preparation and operational support within our exclusive Members Lounge.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional and courteous approach


• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service throughout the day


• Prepare and present breakfast and lunch buffet offerings


• Assist with basic food preparation while maintaining high food hygiene standards


• Develop a strong understanding of the Lanserhof food and drink concept and menu offerings


• Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and processed


• Maintain lounge presentation standards, including stock replenishment and cleanliness


• Prepare and refresh beverages, including our signature Lanserhof teas


• Support private events and member functions within the lounge


• Build positive relationships with members and colleagues across the facility


• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times


• Adhere to all health, safety and company procedures

Desirable

• Previous experience within luxury hospitality, private members' clubs, hotels or a 5\-star environment


• Food preparation knowledge


• Interest in health, wellness and fitness


• Customer service experience


• Food Hygiene \& Safety knowledge


• IT literacy
