Self\-Employed Community Home Helper
£15 per hour
HomeKind Home Help are looking for caring, reliable, self\-employed individuals to join our growing team, providing support to busy people, families and the older generation, with completing daily tasks they may not have time for or find difficult.
This is not personal care. We focus on helping people remain independent, connected, and supported in their community.
Helpers can choose which jobs they would like to attend each week. We value continuity for clients and encourage helpers to attend the same weekly jobs
Duties may include:
- Companionship and friendly conversation
- Cleaning, tidying and organisation.
- Preparing simple meals and refreshments
- Shopping and running errands
- Accompanying clients to appointments or outings
- Providing respite visits for family carers
- Promoting well\-being and reducing loneliness
- Pet Care
- Admin support
- Medication reminders (non medical)
- £15 per hour.
