Your Role
As a Home Care Consumer Research Intern (m/f/d), you will support our Marketing \& Consumer Insights team in generating valuable consumer and market insights that help shape innovative fragrance concepts for home care products. You will gain hands\-on experience in consumer research, and data analysis while working closely with marketing and fragrance experts.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and conducting internal consumer tests to evaluate fragrances and marketing concepts.
- Managing data entry, data quality checks, and data analysis using Excel and SPSS.
- Supporting the identification of consumer preferences, market developments, and emerging industry trends.
- Preparing market research reports, analyses, and presentations.
- Conducting desk research on trend forecasting platforms, consumer behavior developments, and social media insights.
- Interpreting research findings and supporting the development of actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborating with cross\-functional teams across Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Fragrance Development.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Consumer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Market Research, or a related field.
- For mandatory internships: Confirmation from your university that this internship is required (e.g. excerpt from your study and/or examination regulations stating duration, scope and ECTS), to be uploaded with your application.
- Proof of enrolment for the current semester must be uploaded with the application.
- Available for an on\-site internship in Holzminden immediately for a period of 3–6 months.
- Strong interest in consumer behavior, market research, and data\-driven analysis.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SPSS is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced German language skills are essential for this role
- Good English skills are preferred.
- Team\-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn in an international environment.
