After Probation Pay:

• £12\.83 for hours during the week


• £13\.97 for hours during the weekend


• 40p per mile for drivers


• Travel time paid at £12\.71

We have excellent working hours which are:

• Between 6\.45am\-3\.00pm (can be flexible with finish time here)


• Between 4pm\-10pm


• Between 6\.45am\-10pm


• Alternate weekends or one weekend day every week


• On weekends on we would accept one full day and one half day

Key responsibilities:

• Companionship \- ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit


• Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework


• Accompanying to appointments or shopping


• Personal care \- supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

Essential criteria:

• Positive person.

• Professional manner at all times


• Friendly attitude towards all staff and clients.


• Your own car.


• Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff).
