Summary
We are seeking a Home Care Assistant to join our team in the Hemsworth and Surrounding area this role is vital in delivering exceptional care that aligns with our company's values of empathy and client\-centered support. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, mobility, and medication management.
- Develop and follow personalized care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Drive company vehicles to transport clients when necessary.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for clients.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience or interest in home care or healthcare settings.
- Valid driving license is essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude.
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.
- Prior experience in a care home setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
Pay: From £12\.71 per hour
