We have a new opportunity for a driven and motivated Hire Controller to join our successful team in Carlow. In this role, you'll be a key part of the branch team, providing administrative and operational support to help ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of the business.
In this role you will be:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, helping to keep branch activities organised, efficient and on track.
- Coordinate communication between customers, the workshop, sales team and branch colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records, process documentation and update internal systems in a timely manner.
- Support the management team with reporting, invoicing, contract administration and general office duties.
- Assist with scheduling equipment movements and operational activities, ensuring information is communicated effectively across the team.
- Build positive relationships with customers and colleagues, providing excellent service and support whenever required.
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or operational support role.
- Experience within the hire, rental, construction or equipment industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using business systems.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and managing priorities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
