This isn't a normal dental job.

The Dentalist is one of the UK's fastest\-growing private dental clinics, specialising in Invisalign, dental implants and cosmetic dentistry.

We're growing quickly and we're looking for an exceptional Treatment Coordinator / Sales Closer to join our team in Loughborough.

This role is for someone who loves people, loves sales and wants their earnings to reflect their performance.

You'll be speaking to patients who have already enquired with us and helping them make one of the most exciting investments they can make in themselves: transforming their smile.

No cold calling. No standing around on reception. No capped commission.

You'll have warm consultations booked into your diary, a strong brand behind you and the opportunity to earn serious money if you can perform.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our patients typically invest £3,000–£25,000\+ in treatment.

You'll conduct consultations with prospective patients, understand what they want to change about their smile, build trust, explain their treatment journey and help them confidently take the next step.

This is a consultative, high\-ticket sales role within a premium healthcare environment.

You'll work alongside our dentists, clinical team, appointment setters and management team to deliver an exceptional patient journey from initial consultation through to treatment.

And when you perform, you'll be rewarded for it.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Conducting face\-to\-face and virtual consultations with prospective patients


• Building genuine rapport and understanding each patient's motivations


• Presenting Invisalign, dental implant and cosmetic treatment options


• Explaining treatment plans, pricing and available finance options clearly and confidently


• Handling objections professionally and ethically


• Following up undecided patients and maintaining a strong personal pipeline


• Converting qualified consultations into treatment starts


• Working closely with our dentists and clinical teams


• Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow\-up activity


• Tracking your conversion rate, revenue, follow\-ups and pipeline every day
