Part time Receptionist/Host - TMS Kia Loughborough

TMS, a well\-established and successful company, is looking for a highly professional Part time Receptionist to join our team at the Kia Loughborough dealership ( see below for the hours).

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our customers, your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer care. You’ll take the time to engage with visitors, creating a positive and welcoming experience while ensuring a smooth handover to the appropriate sales or service team member.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring their needs are met promptly.


• Direct visitors to the appropriate staff member and offer refreshments.


• Handle telephone enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.


• Maintain a clean and organised customer\-facing environment.


• Carry out general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the dealership.

You will play a vital role in representing the dealership and ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of service and satisfaction.

About You:

• Calm, organised, and professional in a busy environment.


• Detail\-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.


• Confident and approachable, with strong communication abilities.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is essential.

Working Hours:

• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday working 13:00 \- 18:00


• Friday all day working 08:00 \- 18:00


• Occasional cover for annual leave may be required
