Position: Lorry Loader Operator \*Please be aware, this role will involve nights out, which can sometimes be all week.

Location: Earls Colne, CO6 2NS

Responsibilities:

· Learn to operate and manage the safe loading and unloading of goods and materials using a lorry loader crane.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and FORS Gold standards.

· Perform pre\-operational checks and assist with routine maintenance of the lorry loader crane.

· Help secure and stabilize loads to prevent accidents or damage during transportation.

· Work closely with the transport team to support smooth and efficient delivery schedules.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations, inspections, and deliveries.

· Contribute to environmentally friendly practices and sustainable transportation efforts.

Requirements:

· Willingness to learn and gain qualifications for Lorry Loader operations (CPCS/ALLMI certification training provided).

· A keen interest in transportation and logistics.

· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

· Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

· Basic record\-keeping skills and a readiness to handle documentation accurately.

· Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and occasional overtime.
