Summary
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across various routes. This role requires strong driving and commercial driving skills, with a focus on flatbed operations. You will utilize your delivery driver experience to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations. Reporting to the Transport Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the organization’s reputation for reliability and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods.
- Ensure timely delivery of products while adhering to road safety regulations.
- Conduct pre\-trip and post\-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Load and unload flatbed cargo, ensuring secure transportation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required.
Pay: £43,000\.00\-£46,500\.00 per year
