HGV Class 1 Day Drivers - Full Time Ongoing
Location: Severn Beach, Bristol
Pay Rate: £18.74ph - £21.89
Shift Pattern: 5 on, 3 off
Start Times: Between 05:00 – 09:00 AM
Bonus scheme running from October 11th - January 3rd. £90 paid per week, for each week worked. £50 paid within the week, £40 banked and paid at the end of the scheme. This is dependant on absences, incidences and delivery performance.
About the Role:
We are looking for experiencedHGV Class 1 day driversto join a leading logistics provider on an ongoing basis. This is a physically demanding role, and drivers must be prepared to handle a variety of goods. Duties include:
- Delivering products including white goods such as washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, and freezers (not palletised)
- Handling TVs, microwaves, and other electrical appliances (some palletised)
- Heavy lifting and manual handling required
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and safely
- HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence with a minimum of 2 years UK experience
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Physically fit and able to commit to along-term role
- Comfortable withmanual handling and heavy lifting
- Reliable, professional, and committed to high service standards
