Heating and Plumbing Engineer.
For the last 30 years, GB Group has gained a reputation for successfully delivering minor and major building projects.
We can now offer the opportunity for an additional Heating and Plumbing Engineer to join our large multi\-disciplined operation based from St Athan.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience carrying out response maintenance repairs to domestic boilers/systems in occupied and void properties.
- Experience carrying out landlord gas safety inspections.
- Experience installing new boilers and heating systems.
- Proven experience of undertaking all aspects of domestic gas and plumbing repairs and new installations.
- Thorough technical knowledge in all aspects of Heating and Plumbing works.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Ability to use own Initiative.
- Enthusiastic and positive outlook.
Unvented Hot Water and OFTEC oil qualifications are advantageous but not essential. We are happy to put the right candidates through training courses.
Applicants must be available to work on a call out rota for which you will receive a standby payment of £90 per week. All call outs paid at x1\.5 hourly rate door to door.
Package:
- Company van, fuel card, power tools, trade purchasing cards, mobile phone and uniform are all provided.
- 42\.5 hours a week.
- Salary \- up to £43,000 per annum.
