Your Role:
- Deliver engaging and practical instruction for assigned healthcare programs.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Utilise your communication and interpersonal skills to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Must have Level 8 Healthcare Qualification and a Train the Trainer award (Level 6\) or a relevant Education and Training Degree (ideally with a background in Nursing).
- Minimum two years experience in tutoring or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in facilitating blended learning delivery.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to learner success.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Experience teaching care support, care skills, care for older persons, palliative care, or infection prevention control is a plus and will be considered a bonus. Additional life experiences or skills that enrich your teaching capabilities are also considered a plus.
- Work Location: Hybrid remote (blended learning evenings 6\.30pm to 8\.30pm ) or daytime classroom\-based in the Glin Centre, Coolock, Dublin 17, CO. Dublin D17 K272
