Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants, Senior Carers, or Support Workers to join our team. This role involves providing high\-quality care and support to individuals in care homes or within their own homes. The successful candidate will play a vital part in promoting well\-being, independence, and dignity for those in their care. Responsibilities

  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and medication management

  • Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and dignity according to personalised care plans

  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and compassionate care

  • Keeping accurate records of care provided using IT systems and documentation standards

  • Driving clients to appointments or activities when required, ensuring safe transportation

  • Monitoring clients’ health and reporting any concerns or changes in condition promptly

  • Promoting a safe environment by adhering to health and safety regulations and infection control procedures

  • Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring nutritional needs are met
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate

  • Valid driving licence is preferred for supporting clients with transportation needs

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication

  • Basic IT skills for maintaining accurate records and following digital care plans

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members

  • Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals

  • Ability to work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
