Welldora Healthcare Ltd is a growing care staffing agency supplying experienced Healthcare Assistants to private care homes across High Wycombe and the surrounding Buckinghamshire area, on a flexible shift\-by\-shift basis. We're recruiting HCAs who are ready to start work immediately — no waiting on checks, no waiting on training.

About the Role
Provide high\-quality personal care and support to residents in private care home settings, working flexible shifts that fit around you.

Essential Requirements (candidates who do not meet these will not be considered):

• Minimum 6 months' recent HCA/care experience in a care home or similar setting


• Enhanced DBS registered on the DBS Update Service, so we can verify status instantly online — applications without an Update Service\-registered DBS cannot be progressed


• DBS certificate with at least 6 months' remaining validity


• All mandatory care training complete, certified and in date, with at least 6 months remaining before renewal, including: Care Certificate, Moving \& Handling, Safeguarding Adults, Infection Control/Prevention, Basic Life Support/First Aid, Medication Awareness (where applicable)


• Right to work in the UK


• Two contactable references from care settings within the last 2 years

Pay \& Benefits:

• £13\.50/hr standard hours


• £14\.00/hr weekends


• £15\.50/hr overnight shifts


• Time and a half on bank/national holidays


• Weekly pay


• Holiday pay: 12\.07% accrued on hours worked, in line with statutory entitlement for irregular\-hours workers


• Workplace pension (NEST, via auto\-enrolment where eligible)


• £100 welcome bonus after 1 month as a Welldora HCA — paid regardless of how many hours you've worked


• £150 bonus once you've completed 100 hours worked with us, within 3 months of your first shift

*Welldora does not guarantee a minimum number of hours or shifts. Bonus eligibility is based on hours actually worked once shifts become available.*
