Health Visitor

We are recruiting for enthusiastic Health visitors to lead, deliver and influence a comprehensive Health Visiting service in Richmond and local service specification for health visiting that meets the public health needs of the local communities of the borough of Richmond.

You will contribute to the delivery of Working Together to Safeguarding Children (2018\), including improving health and life chances for children and families and safeguarding those at risk.

You will be based at Barnes Children's Centre; however the role will cover other bases according to service need across the Borough.

From April 2023 a Recruitment premia has been introduced to attract and retain qualified Health Visitors within CLCH’s Health Visiting Teams.

For registered Band 6 Health Visitors, this post is offering a premium of £2,500 payable upon commencement of employment (T\&C’s apply)

To plan, organize and evaluate an innovative health visiting service in line with the Healthy Child Programme, and where appropriate, delegate to other members of the health visiting team to ensure delivery of a high\-quality service.

To provide a skilled, effective and evidence\-based health visiting service to clients in a variety of community settings.

To work in collaboration with other health care and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services for clients and communities.

To collaborate with team colleagues in order to deliver the Quality Strategy objectives
