+ Proactively seek new business opportunities (corporate, private, seasonal events)
+ Upsell food, beverage packages, and add\-ons to maximise revenue
+ Manage and maintain a strong events pipeline and booking calendarEvent Planning \& Coordination
+ Plan and organise all event details including layout, timings, and requirements
+ Liaise with kitchen and bar teams to create suitable menus and packages
+ Ensure all function sheets and event briefs are accurate and communicated clearly
+ Conduct site visits and client consultations to understand needs
+ Coordinate entertainment, décor, and external suppliers where requiredOn\-the\-Day Event Management
