<p><strong>The role (full-cycle, inbound-led)</strong></p>
<p>Own discovery calls, scope needs, close deals, keep the pipeline clean, and hand over smoothly to onboarding. You’ll work mainly Americas, plus some UK/UAE coverage on early starts.</p>

<p><strong>You (must-haves)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>C1 English (confident on Google Meet; near-neutral accent)</li>
<li>Nutrition or Personal Training background (cert or degree)</li>
<li>2+ years full-cycle closing to US/UK markets</li>
<li>Serious CRM hygiene</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work inbound leads; book, run and close calls</li>
<li>Rescue no-shows; keep deals moving to a decision</li>
<li>Send proposals within 24 hours; clean handover to onboarding</li>
<li>Keep the CRM spotless; revive dormant opportunities; ask for referrals</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation (USD)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Base: $1,500/month</li>
<li>Per-deal commission paid on client commitment</li>
<li>Placement bonus</li>
<li>Ramp guarantee in the first two months</li>
<li>OTE at target: $5k–$7k+/month</li>
