<p><strong>ABOUT THE FOUNDERS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Davide Delgrossi, Founder and CEO, ex Google, CEMS and Rotterdam School of Management Alumnus</li>
<li>Diego Beccarelli, Co-Founder and COO, ex Meta (Facebook) and Roland Berger, CEMS and London School of Economics Alumnus.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>WHAT THE PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT DOES</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Is responsible for <strong>building and maintaining relations</strong> with journalists, editors and other people working for the Traditional Media (newspapers, television, radio) and the Digital Media (news websites, blogs, podcasts, social networks, platforms). </li>
<li>Sets and manages <strong>strategies</strong> by creating editorial plans, handling initiatives and projects, scheduling interviews and meetings, discussing collaboration proposals.</li>
<li>Deals with writing <strong>official documents</strong> issued by the company (press releases, news articles, media pitches, newsletters) and creating materials with additional information and insights (press kits, media kits, presentations, reports).</li>
<li>Is focused on searching, identifying and selecting media outlets from different countries and sectors, in order to <strong>create a database</strong> with the most relevant contacts.</li>
<li>Handles <strong>monitoring systems</strong> of media coverage with the aim of updating the Press Review daily, as well as <strong>analyzing</strong> data from websites and social media insights about the target audience.</li>

<p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Proactively searching for media contacts</strong> through different channels (journalist platforms, LinkedIn, social networks, websites).</li>
<li>Creating <strong>press releases and presentations</strong> meeting the needs and deadlines of the department.</li>
<li><strong>Monitoring and analyzing </strong>data from websites and social media in order to create reports and develop new strategies.</li>
<li>Taking part in various <strong>PR projects and initiatives</strong>.</li>
<li>Working closely with the Head of PR to keep up to date with the media coverage.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Proficiency in Italian (C1)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Proficiency in English (C1)</strong></li>
<li><strong>Graduate student</strong> in PR, communication, journalism, foreign languages, international relations, or similar majors.</li>
<li><strong>Experience in PR</strong>, Media Relations or Press Office activities (nice to have).</li>
<li><strong>Strong communication skills</strong> to interact with the media, both orally and in writing.</li>
<li>Solid ability to <strong>write and translate</strong> texts. Attitude to summarize concepts and report just the most important information, with a creative spirit.</li>
<li>Familiarity with <strong>Microsoft Office</strong>, especially Word and Excel. Good knowledge of LinkedIn and social networks.</li>
<li><strong>Open-minded approach</strong> to feedback and finding solutions.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Content Creation:</strong> Enhance your ability to create compelling press releases, media pitches, newsletters, and presentations.</li>
<li>You will get to know and work with +70 international colleagues, gaining from both their experience and friendly attitude</li>
</ul>
