Health Care Assistant

At Regency Retirement Home, we create a home from home for elderly people who require care and support. Our staff team and residents wish to recruit a caring, compassionate and enthusiastic person.

The ideal candidate for our post will be able to demonstrate:

\*Effective communication skills
\*Be able to work closely as part of a team
\*A genuine willingness to care for and meet the needs of our residents.

The successful candidate will be required to assist with:

\*Demonstrating that dignity and respect are embedded and upheld at all times
\*High standards of person\-centred care
\*Promotion of independence
\*Co\-Production and flexibility within role.

The role is part\-time and includes weekday, weekend and evening shifts with holiday cover and sickness hours also available when applicable. All applications will be considered.
